Custom Tradition fulfills orders and ships worldwide from the United States. Orders ship via USPS.

Once your order has processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number. It may take up to 2-5 business days to fulfill the order.

Missing or Damaged Items

We are responsible for your order until it is picked up by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim and reimbursement request with the carrier. We will not grant refunds for any packages lost in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. To modify your order, please email shopcustomtradition@gmail.com within one hour of placing the order.

If your item arrived damaged, please email us with pictures of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Return Policy

Custom Tradition’s goal is to provide our customers with high quality goods handmade with intention by each of our partner artisans. We want you to be happy with your purchases, so we focus on making sure our return policies reflect that.

If you’re not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of receiving the order, and we’ll email you a return label. We can accept returns of unopened, unused products; however, we cannot accept returns of any damaged, used, or stained items.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please let us know the reason you are returning it, for our records. We are unable to offer refunds for items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition.
